A Great Day For The Whole Family!

A fun day for the whole family on the hard water (ice) where kids can try their luck catching some tasty perch through the ice.

The event typically is held in early March where mother nature is starting to tease us with some spring-like weather, but we still have fantastic ice conditions.  We host the event on Neebish Bay, just east of Sault Ste. Marie (20min drive).

The event has typically been a derby format, but the 2025 edition of the event we ran it as just a friendly competition where kids could weigh their fish if they wanted, and everyone got a little something at the end of their fishing day!
